Are you feeling sad, lonely and depressed?

Do you know we all have a special gift that can help us renew our energy and feel refreshed?

This special gift that we all possess is unique to humans and is the ability to smile and laugh.

Laughter is a simple medicine that can give us amazing physical and mental health benefits.Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

It is scientifically proven that laughing for 10 minutes in a day can reduce stress ,increase immunity, relax , prevent chronic diseases and also improve relationships in our life.

We are one among the rare species on this planet who can smile and laugh. However we have forgotten that we have the power to smile and make others smile too.

Lively human connections play an integral role in our health and wellbeing. We tend to forget it most of the time and live based on our strong beliefs that our life is full of sorrow and problems. We have made our lives so serious that we don’t even think to smile at each other when we meet at workplace meetings or when we meet someone online or offline.

Today, I am going to share with you 4 simple practices to bring back energy into your life.

  • 2. Perform an activity that you love that brings smile on your face
  • 3. Initiate, Engage and Share positive humor conversations at workplace or home
  • 4. Bring Smile to someone’s life by helping someone to solve their problems at work or home.

When you follow all the above steps , you will notice that you can create joy and bring back fun in your life.
